WAUKON, IOWA ~ Looking for something to do over the lunch hour today?
The Northeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging is bringing its Health & Wellness 365 program to the Waukon Wellness Center today, Tuesday, August 25, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The free monthly program gives older adults an opportunity to gather, visit and learn about topics related to health and nutrition, along with simple recipe tastings and ideas for remaining active and independent.
Everyone is welcome, and no registration is required.
